For some time, the central business district in Vancouver has been shifting eastward and consolidating. This transition is cemented with our most recent project, Deloitte Summit. At the centre of downtown Vancouver and on the right side of the ceremonial avenue Georgia Street, West Georgia stands as a vertical reflection pool to the emblematic topography, cultural and artistic landmarks and progressive urban experience, for which Vancouver is known.

These vignettes echo a neighbourhood on the cusp of transformation and where Deloitte Summit is the overture to a series of upcoming projects in the area. The Vancouver Art Gallery’s 86,000 sf striking new museum will be built a block away and concurrent with construction of Deloitte Summit. The extension of Creekside Park will see the dismantling of the viaducts, morphing an industrial zone into a variegated landscape, designed by the same architectural team who transformed the High Line in Manhattan.

Only a short walk connects Deloitte Summit with other amenities. Today these include Vancouver’s classically designed Central Library, the distinct roofline of BC Place Stadium, and Rogers Arena, hosts to the city’s main sporting and musical events.
